Amuse served with our new Pinot Grigio (It's making its Debut!)

Yukon gold potato chip, lemon creme fraiche, heirloom tomoato ratatouille, microgreens
and
"TFC" Tempura fried chicken, pesto aioli, pickled chili pepper

1st Course: 
Galley Girl Red Blend

Espelette seared Oregon albacore tuna, grilled radicchio, chive emulsion, parmesan crisp, portabella mushroom

2nd Course
2012 Portside

Sous vide local salmon filet, braised shallots demi glace, tarragon asparagus, juniper maple syrup

3rd Course
Merlot

Bourbon braised turkey breast, burnt orange risotto, swiss chard, Tillamook cheddar-cranberry fondue

4th Course:
Cabernet Sauvignon

Herb Roasted NY strip with Rogue blue cheese potatoes, crispy parsnips, smoked heirloom tomato conserva

5th Course: 
Griffersen Port

Interative
Spiced waffle cone, local cherry gelato with dark chocolate ganache and candied pistachio crumb
