Sous vide lamb loin, roasted garlic aioli, parsnip confit, caramelized onion jam, micro tarragon

Rosemary handmade lasagna with pecorino romano crema, crisp delicata squash, eggplant caviar, butternut squash confit, sun dried tomato conserva

Mesquite grilled NY steak with truffle mushroom duxelle, herb gnocchi, watercress, lobster demi glace

Dark chocolate dome filled with salted caramel-hazelnut mousse, chocolate ganache sand, local marionberry gelee
